Intisar Luxe is a cross-border fashion and lifestyle brand that sources and delivers authentic Indian fashion wear and Pakistani jewellery to customers in Bangladesh.
Products are offered primarily on a pre-order basis, subject to availability, brand confirmation, and successful payment verification.

4. Account and User Responsibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (including name, address, email, and mobile number) is accurate and complete.

• Intisar reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if false or misleading information is provided.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials, if applicable.

• We strive to display product images, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, or brand specifications.

• All products are sourced directly from verified vendors and brands in India and Pakistan.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on supplier pricing, currency conversion, or import-related costs.

6. Pre-Order Policy

• All orders placed through the Website or social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, or other channels) are treated as pre-orders unless marked otherwise.

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.

• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• bKash (merchant account)

• Manual Bank Transfer

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered selectively for eligible customers or specific items, subject to confirmation.

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for any applicable bank or gateway charges.

8. Order Confirmation and Delivery

• Upon successful payment, customers will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• Average delivery time is 12–20 days, depending on product category, brand availability, and cross-border logistics.

• Intisar uses trusted local courier partners to deliver orders within Bangladesh.

• Delivery details such as name, contact number, address, and order amount are securely shared with courier partners for fulfillment.

• Shipping timelines may vary due to customs clearance, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Intisar shall not be held liable for such delays.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is confirmed with a supplier, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Intisar reserves the right to cancel an order due to unavailability of stock, supplier issues, or payment discrepancies. In such cases, the customer will be notified and eligible for a full refund of the paid amount.

10. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

• As products are sourced on pre-order and are imported per customer request, returns or exchanges are not generally accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

• Any issue must be reported with a 360-degree uncut parcel opening video within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3 business days.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

11. Pricing and Currency

• All prices listed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Intisar reserves the right to update prices based on supplier fluctuations or foreign exchange rates without prior notice.

• Any promotional offer, coupon, or discount is valid only during its stated period and cannot be combined with other offers.

Images featured on this Website are obtained from official brand websites, authorized suppliers, and original photographs captured by Intisar.
