1. Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing product returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through Intisar (“we”, “our”, “us”) via www.intisarluxe.com or official social media channels.

By placing an order with Intisar, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

2. Nature of Products

Most products offered by Intisar are pre-ordered, imported, and custom-sourced from verified brands, suppliers, and boutiques in India and Pakistan.
As such, products are not mass-produced or locally stocked, and orders are fulfilled specifically based on individual customer requests.

3. Return Eligibility

Because our products are sourced upon confirmed pre-order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted, except under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (i.e., not the item ordered).

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by a 360-degree uncut parcel opening video showing the problem.

Returns due to change of mind, color tone differences, or minor variations in design, texture, or stitching (that do not affect functionality) will not be accepted, as such differences are common in handcrafted and designer items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-stitched or tailored garments.

  • Jewelry, accessories, and beauty products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Discounted or clearance sale items.

  • Pre-order items once confirmed with the supplier.

5. Reporting Procedure

If you believe your product qualifies for a return or refund:

  1. Email us at support@intisarluxe.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, invoice copy, and photo/video evidence clearly showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days with a resolution.

6. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method (SSLCommerz, bKash, or bank transfer).

  • Refunds will typically be completed within 7–15 business days, subject to payment gateway or bank processing times.

  • For partial advance or COD payments, refunds will be limited to the amount actually paid.

  • Shipping, handling, and customs fees are non-refundable.

If an item must be returned to Intisar, the customer is responsible for safe packaging and return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the product has not yet been confirmed with the supplier.

  • Once an order enters the sourcing or production stage, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Refunds for canceled orders (if eligible) will be processed within 7–15 business days.

8. Product Authenticity & Responsibility

All products are procured through authorized sources, and authenticity is guaranteed.
However, Intisar shall not be held responsible for minor discrepancies in brand packaging, tag placement, or dye variation arising from manufacturer practices.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Intisar’s responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We are not liable for any indirect loss, emotional distress, or consequential damage arising from delays, courier mishandling, or supplier-related factors beyond our control.
